At Atlas PyroVision Entertainment Group (dba ATLAS FIREWORKS), we continually strive to maintain the highest quality standards in safety and performance in all of our products. Atlas expects from it’s suppliers that all customers are provided with products that they trust and receive proper value for every item offered for sale. On the rare occasion that a product does not function as designed or does not meet the satisfaction of the customer, Atlas is committed to making sure that every customer is provided the opportunity to replace that product with the same item or any other item of equal value, free of charge.
NH Law prohibits any sale of fireworks to persons under the age of 21. Customer confirms that this transaction is made by a person who is 21 years of age or older at the time of sale and that any person who picks up an order from an ATLAS FIREWORKS store location is a minimum of 21 years of age.
All sales and specials are limited to IN-STOCK items and promotions cannot be combined unless specifically offered in writing.
To Claim a REFUND, please send an email to Refund@atlasfireworks.com with “ATLAS REFUND REQUEST” in the subject line. Please also provide in the email the following information:
- Name of Customer
- Mailing Address of Customer
- Phone Number of Customer
- Receipt Number
- Store Location (where the product came from)
- Photo of the Item
- An explanation regarding the problem
